Good product, slow support

I ordered a Balkonkraftwerk from Sunpower4u a while back. The delivery of the complete set, including the Solarmodule and Wechselrichter, took about a week to arrive, which was a bit longer than I'd hoped for. Everything was well-packaged and the quality of the components seemed solid. Putting it together was straightforward enough with the instructions provided. I did have a question about wiring the Wieland Steckdose, and customer service took a few days to get back to me, which was a minor frustration. Overall, it was a good purchase for the price, but support could have been quicker.

Easy setup, decent power

Got a Kompettset Angebot for a balcony system from them a while back. It arrived in about five days, which was pretty good. Everything was there, even the Wieland Steckdose. My husband and I set it up on the balcony one afternoon. It was surprisingly easy. It's been generating a decent amount of power for our apartment. One of the cables was a little shorter than I expected, but we made it work.

Great Balkonkraftwerk set

I bought a Balkonkraftwerk Komplettanlage and it's fantastic! Everything arrived safely and was pretty easy to set up. I had one small question about the wiring, but figured it out. I'd definitely tell my friends to check them out. Will shop again!

Good for my balcony

I bought a Balkonkraftwerk from Sunpower4u last year. The order process online was straightforward enough, though the website felt a little basic. Delivery took about a week to Berlin, which was within the timeframe they gave. Setting it up was manageable, the instructions for the Balkonhalterung were clear. The Solarmodule themselves seem sturdy. I had a quick question about connecting the Wechselrichter and used their contact form; got a reply in two days. Happy with the product, it's been performing as expected. The only minor point was the packaging for some smaller parts, could have been a bit more robust.

Consistent and reliable

I've purchased from Sunpower4u several times now, mostly Zubehör like Solarkabel and MC4 Stecker, and once a smaller Wechselrichter. My most recent order for a few Stockschrauben was just as smooth as the others. They always ship promptly, usually arrives in 3-4 days to my address near Munich. The quality of their components has been consistently good, never had any issues. It's why I kept coming back. This time, one of the screws had a slightly rough thread, but it still worked.

Good value for a Solarmodul

I was looking for a Solarmodul Paketpreis and Sunpower4u had a decent offer. The ordering process was straightforward, and delivery took about 5 days to reach me in California, which was reasonable. The packaging was robust, no damage to the panels. I did notice the instructions for mounting were a bit vague, but the quality of the module itself seems good. Customer service responded to an email query about tracking within a day. Overall, a solid purchase for the price.

Saved money on Wechselrichter

I was on the hunt for a good deal on a Wechselrichter and found a solid offer here. The price was competitive, especially with the Komplettset Angebot they had. I felt like I got good value for my money. Shipping wasn't the fastest, took almost a week, but given the savings, it was worth the wait. Glad I checked them out before buying elsewhere. It felt like a smart purchase for my budget.

Got my Montagesystem easily

Needed a Montagesystem for my roof, and this place had what I needed. It was easy to find on the website. Placed the order, and it showed up a few days later, no fuss. One of the bolts was a bit tricky to tighten, but it worked out. Pretty happy with it, made my project a lot smoother.
